My work explores the concept of wear and tear through time, overuse, and pressure can
break down both physical spaces, but more importantly emotional states. Each photograph
captures a different pace of decay, reflecting moments of sudden collapse that feel surprising and
urgent, or a gradual breakdown that unfolds over time which feels almost peaceful and natural.
Simply existing through the process of breaking down reveals a quiet and often overlooked
space where raw vulnerability becomes visible and beauty can emerge, not through perfection, but
through the honesty of decline, the traces of wear that displays endurance, and the inevitableness
of everything that must come to an end.
